How much is a ticket? Each ticket is $40 and includes 1 drink at each of 3 bars.

What’s included with my ticket?

Can I buy tickets for friends? Yes! You can purchase multiple tickets, but each person must have their own ticket to join.

Can I transfer my ticket? Tickets are not transferable through the app. If you need to cancel, see below.

Can I cancel my ticket? Yes! Just email us 48 hours before the event, and we will refund your ticket

Do I need the app to participate? Yes. The app is required for the following
-Accessing your digital ticket that includes all your drinks
-Receiving bar-to-bar navigation
-Getting 10-minute transition warnings

Will the app tell me where to go next? Absolutely! You’ll get step-by-step directions and notifications when it’s time to leave each bar.

What if I’m running late or get lost? No worries! Use the map in the app to catch up.

Can I see all bars in advance? Yes, the full lineup will be available in the app before the event starts

How long do we stay at each bar? You’ll spend about 40 minutes at each stop.

Do I have to follow the group? For the full experience, we recommend sticking to the crawl schedule, but you’re free to pace yourself.

Can I order more drinks? Yes, but additional drinks are not included in the ticket price and must be paid separately.

Should I tip the bartenders? Absolutely. Please tip your bartenders—they’re working hard to make your night awesome.

Is food available at the bars? Many bars offer food. Check the app for menus or recommendations.

Are all the bars walkable? Yes, all bars are within walking distance and mapped out in the app.

When does the crawl happen? Please refer to event location page and find your city

Do themes change? Yes! A new theme is featured each month. You can find theme details on the Event Theme Calendar. page.

Do I have to dress up for the theme? No, but dressing up is encouraged! It adds to the fun and is a great icebreaker.

What happens if it rains? The crawl is rain or shine—bring an umbrella or raincoat just in case.

Do I need an ID? Yes, you must be 21+ and bring a valid ID to each bar.

Can underage people join if they don’t drink? Unfortunately, no. All participants must be 21+.

Can I host a private bar crawl or bring a large group? Yes! Contact us for group rates or private crawl inquiries.
